Coggin Brothers designs and supplies kitchen cabinets in Lone Tree, CO. We measure your kitchen in your home, build a 3D layout you can walk through on screen, help you choose the cabinetry line and finish, and place the order. The measure, the design, and the materials guidance cost nothing. Our showroom sits in Parker, a short run east on Lincoln Avenue, and we have supplied Front Range kitchens since 1993.
Lone Tree is young as Colorado towns go. It incorporated in 1995, and almost everything in it was built after that, which makes the cabinet conversation here different from anywhere else in Douglas County. There is no real stock of mid-century houses to work around. Instead there are two distinct groups of homeowners, and they call us for opposite reasons.
The first group lives west of I-25 in the neighborhoods that went up through the late 1990s and 2000s, around the golf course and up in the hills. These are large custom and semi-custom homes with large kitchens, and their original cabinetry was not cheap. It is usually a dark stained cherry or alder, raised panel doors, heavy stacked crown, a glazed or distressed finish, and a lot of it. Thirty-plus cabinet openings is normal. The boxes are frequently still sound. What the homeowner wants is the color and the weight gone, and the real question becomes whether that is a refinish, a door-and-drawer-front change, or a full replacement.
The second group is on the east side, in the RidgeGate neighborhoods that have been filling in since the light rail reached RidgeGate Parkway. Those kitchens are only a few years old and structurally fine, but they came with a builder allowance package: flat slab doors, a short upper run, a single trash pullout, and no pantry cabinetry to speak of. Nobody there is ripping out a kitchen. They want the island rebuilt, a proper pantry wall, a bar or coffee cabinet added, and the uppers taken to the ceiling so the room reads finished.
We come to your house, measure the room properly, and talk through what you want the space to do. In a large Lone Tree kitchen the measure matters more than most people expect, because a room with two islands, a butler's pass-through and a walk-in pantry has a lot of openings that have to be specified individually, and an estimate built from guesswork will be wrong.
Book a MeasureWe build a realistic 3D model of your kitchen so you can see it before you commit. Move the island, change the door style, swap the finish, and look again. That matters most on a partial project, where new cabinetry has to sit next to cabinetry you are keeping. Changes on screen are free. Changes after the cabinets arrive are not.
See the ProcessDoor style, box construction, hardware, finish, and price tier all pull on each other, and in a kitchen this size the tier you pick moves the number more than anything else you decide. We walk through the tradeoffs so you know what you are paying for and where the money actually shows. No hard sell. Our full cabinet design and supply service list spells out what is included at each stage.
Our ServicesA large share of the Lone Tree work we quote is additive: a pantry wall in a RidgeGate townhome, a bar cabinet off the great room, a mudroom bench and lockers, a laundry run, or built-ins flanking a fireplace. We specify those out of the same cabinet lines as a kitchen so the finish matches rather than approximates.
Contact UsThe primary baths in the older west-side homes carry the same dark stained cabinetry as their kitchens, usually a tall double vanity with a matching linen tower. We design and supply vanity cabinetry the same way we do kitchens, sized to the room and matched to the tile and fixtures you have already chosen.
Contact UsWe are a design and supply firm, not an installation company. Once your cabinets are ordered we connect you with installers and countertop fabricators we have worked alongside for years. You get a specialist at each stage instead of one crew stretched across all of it.

We partner with leading cabinetry manufacturers, which matters in Lone Tree because the range here runs from a townhome pantry wall to a full custom kitchen. Carrying several lines lets us specify a project at the style, price point, and quality tier that fits the house instead of the other way around.
Coggin Brothers is a family-owned cabinet dealer and design firm that has served Colorado for more than thirty years, with over 500 projects completed. We are based in Parker, which puts Lone Tree well inside our regular working radius rather than at the edge of a service map.
We work with homeowners, contractors, and interior designers. Our background in home building and interior design is why the conversation tends to start with how the room works and not with a door sample. You can read more about our family and our history in Parker, or look through completed kitchen and cabinet projects in the gallery.
We are transparent about timelines, costs, and what is possible, and you will never face a hard sell from us. If you are comparing options across Douglas County, our Highlands Ranch kitchen cabinet page and our Castle Rock kitchen cabinet page cover the same process in the neighboring communities.
No. The in-home measurement, the 3D design rendering, and the materials consultation are all complimentary, and that applies in Lone Tree exactly as it does in Parker.
Not necessarily, and this is the most common question we get from the west side of Lone Tree. If the boxes are sound and the layout works, changing doors and drawer fronts is a real option and it costs less than a full replacement. If the layout is the problem, or if the existing boxes are particleboard with sagging shelves, replacing is usually the better spend. We will tell you which one we think it is after we have seen the kitchen.
Yes. Pantry walls, bar and coffee cabinets, island rebuilds and upper runs taken to the ceiling are a large share of what we specify in the newer RidgeGate neighborhoods. Matching a finish to existing cabinetry is not always possible depending on what the builder used, so we look at that honestly up front rather than promising a match we cannot deliver.
We do not. Coggin Brothers designs and supplies cabinetry. After your order is placed we refer you to installers and countertop fabricators we have worked with for years, so the install is handled by people who do it every day.
Not for the first conversation. We can start at your house in Lone Tree. Most clients do visit the showroom at 475 Singing Hills Rd at the selection stage, because door samples and finishes look different in person than they do on a screen.
Yes. A large share of our work comes through contractors and interior designers, and we are comfortable slotting into a project that is already underway.
We serve the greater Denver metro and the Front Range, including Parker, Highlands Ranch, Castle Rock, Castle Pines, Centennial, Littleton, Englewood, Elizabeth, Monument, Aurora, and Denver.
No commitment required. Tell us about your Lone Tree kitchen and we will come measure it.
