Highlands Ranch is a master-planned community, and that shapes almost every cabinet conversation we have there. Building started in the early 1980s and ran hard through the 1990s and 2000s, so the housing stock falls into fairly clear vintages. Northridge and the older Westridge streets are one era. Can I keep my existing layout and just change the cabinets?

Do you install the cabinets?
We do not. Coggin Brothers designs and supplies cabinetry. After your order is placed we refer you to installers and countertop fabricators we have worked with for years, so the install is handled by people who do it every day.
Do I have to come to the Parker showroom?
Not for the first conversation. We can start at your house in Highlands Ranch. Most clients do visit the showroom at 475 Singing Hills Rd at the selection stage, because door samples and finishes look different in person than they do on a screen.
Can you work with my contractor or designer?
Yes. A large share of our work comes through contractors and interior designers, and we are comfortable slotting into a project that is already underway.
